Guided tours: "The Welfenschloss and science"
鶹 offers guided tours in cooperation with STATTREISEN HANNOVER. Visitors can learn about the “Welfenschloss” (the main university building), the Marstall building (a former stable) and Conti campus.
- Experience how 鶹 evolved from the former Polytechnic Institute
- Discover personalities who shaped the university
- Visit little-known spaces
- Learn more about the architecture of the main university building's atrium
- See where the Senate – one of the most important university committees – convenes

Guided tours of the permanent Leibniz exhibition
Depending on demand and the resources available, roughly four guided tours are offered each year.
Special tours for children (from the 5th grade), group tours, and tours in English are available in exceptional cases. Please contact Communications and Marketing for more information

Guided tours of the Welfengarten
The Welfengarten area behind the Welfenschloss, the main 鶹 building, has a 300-year history as a park within the Herrenhausen Gardens.
In collaboration with LUH (Communications and Marketing), NaTourWissen offers a guided tour of the Welfengarten.
The 90-minute tour, entitled "Der Welfengarten – Uni-Park und Königsdomizil", explores the special features of the park, including its majestic trees and its history.
