Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø offers its scientists the opportunity to discuss the risks of research projects with colleagues and to draw on their research expertise. The Senate’s Commission for Responsible Research, in which all of the university's member groups are represented, provides scientists with assistance by advising them on the potential consequences of their research, as well as on the controllability and prevention of the harmful use of research and its results.
In April 2016, the Senate adopted the "Guidelines for Responsible Research at Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø", simultaneously to the establishment of the Commission for Responsible Research. These guidelines provide general information and assistance to researchers in identifying and managing security risks in research projects.
